(AP) North Carolina says Justin Jackson is pulling out of the NBA Draft and will return to the Tar Heels for his junior season.Jackson said in a statement issued Monday night by the school that he was glad to ''test my game against some of the top players in the country'' but says his ''best choice'' is to return to UNC.
